Vladimir I. TSVETKOV
Born on December 5, 1966, in Leningrad
In 1989 he graduated from the Military Engineering Red Banner Order A.F.Mozhaiskiy Institute (higher); qualification: Mechanical Engineer.
From 1991 he held design engineering and managerial positions in SUE "Vodokanal St.Petersburg".
From 2005 he was responsible for the integrated preparation of utilities' infrastructure for the Toyota (Russia) Motor Vehicle Plant.
Since February 2008 he has been General Director of Bourevestnik, Inc.
He has state awards:
1. Medal for order "For Merits before Homeland" Stage II, No.29688 (Edict by President of the Russian Federation of January 6, 1999);
2. State Prize in the Area of Science and Technology, year 2001, No.2406 (Edict by President of the Russian Federation of August 5, 2002).
He is the author of numerous publications, patents, and he has certificates of authorship. 
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Vladimir G. MOROZOV
Born on September 1, 1948, in Yalta, Crimea.
In 1971 he graduated from the Sebastopol Instrumentation Construction Institute (higher), specialty: "Automation of Data Processing and Output", qualifications: Electrical Engineer.
Since October 1971 till present he has been working at Bourevestnik, Inc., at design engineering and managerial positions. Before October 2007 he was responsible for R&D in the area of X-ray analysis methodology, he was first Deputy Director General in Science and Research.
He is the author of numerous research works on electronics and control systems.
He is awarded with Certificate of Honour by the Ministry for Machine Construction and Central Committee of Trade Union, 1985; medal "300 Years of St.Petersburg", 2003, Certificate of Honour by the Governor of St.Petersburg, 2004.
Since May 2008 he has been Managing Director of Bourevestnik, Inc. 
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Pavel V. VINIKHIN
Born on May 6, 1979, in Smolensk.
Higher education, he graduated from the Smolensk Agricultural Institute in 2001, specialty: "Accounting and Audit", qualifications: Economist.
From April 2002 he took different positions in the Ministry of Finance, Moscow. He has the title of State Advisor Class II.
From August 2005 he worked in ALROSA Co. Ltd. on managerial positions. He was dealing with the issues of activity analysis for affiliate and branch societies in the Representation of ALROSA Co., Ltd. in Moscow.
Since April 2008 he has been Financial Director of Bourevestnik, Inc. 
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION
Leonid S. GALUSTYAN
Born on November 1, 1952, in community Bely Kolodez', Oryol Region.
He has higher education, he graduated from the Leningrad Red Banner Order Mechanical Institute in 1976, specialty: "Mechanical Equipment for Automated Units", qualifications: Mechanical Engineer.
From March 1993 he was responsible for production operations in "Neva-Nail" LLC as Chief of Operations, then - as Managing Director.
Since January 2003 he has been working for Boureve stnik, Inc. in various positions, from Chief Technologist to Deputy Director General on Operations.
Since May 2008 he has been Director of Production of Bourevestnik, Inc. 
DIRECTOR OF SСIENCE AND RESEARCH
Leonid V. KAZAKOV
Born on January 15, 1951, in Leningrad.
He graduated from V.I.Ulyanov (Lenin) LETI in 1974, specialty: "Electronic Instruments", qualification: Electronics Engineer.
Since he graduated from the institute (1974) and till present he has worked for Bourevestnik, Inc. He raised from Engineer, through Leading Research Associate, to Chief of one of the basic departments at the enterprise, Integrated Sorter Department.
PhD (Technology). Author of numerous publications and inventions.
Since May 2008 he has been Special Equipment Manager of Bourevestnik, Inc.
ASSISTANT OF GENERAL DIRECTOR ON SECURITY - SECRETARY FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Alexander I. RYANDI
He was born on May 17, 1947, in Brody, Lvov Region.
He has higher military education. In 1971 he graduated from the Kiev Higher Engineering Radio technical School on specialty of "Automated Control Systems and Computing Devices"; Military Engineering Radio technical Academy for Anti-Aircraft Defense on "Operative and Technical Engineering" specialty. He has several research and methodological papers.
From July 1997 after his retirement from the Army he used to teach in Military Communications Academy as Associate Professor.
Since March 1999 he has been working for Bourevestnik, Inc. He is responsible for Economics Safety Service (ESS).
From September 2001 he was Chief of ESS - secretary for Board of Directors, Bourevestnik, Inc.
From May 2006 he was Assistant Director General on Management and Technical Issues - Secretary for Board of Directors.
Since May 2008 he is the Assistant to General Director on Security - Secretary for Board of Directors. 
HUMAN RESOURCE AND SOCIAL ISSUES' DIRECTOR
Andrey V. TSIVELEV
Born on June 4, 1975, in Leningrad.
He graduated from the Russian State Pedagogical Herzen University in 1999 (Pedagogic and Psychology). B.A., Education (1997); M.A., Education (1999).
In 2003 he graduated from the Interindustrial Institute of Advanced Training (Human Resource Management).
In 2005 he graduated from the St.Petersburg State Bonch-Bruevich University of Telecommunications (Human Resource Management).
Since February 2002 and till present he has been working for Bourevestnik, Inc., at managerial positions, from Chief of Human Resource and Training Department to Human Resource and Social Issues' Manager.
Since May 2008 he has been Human Resource and Social Issues' Manager of Bourevestnik, Inc. 
QUALITY DIRECTOR
Pavel R. TSODOKOV
Born on June 29, 1951, in Leningrad.
In 1974 he graduated from the Leningrad Ulyanov (Lenin) Eletrotechnical Institute (higher) on specialty "Automated Control Systems", qualification: Electrical Engineer.
From March 1988 he was Deputy Director for the Bourevestnik Works.
From 1996 he was Technical Manager for the "NEP" Ltd.
From 1999 he was Deputy Director General on Economics for Open-Type Joint-Stock Company "Zavod Lenteplopribor".
Since January 2002 he was Deputy Director General on Quality of Bourevestnik, Inc.
He is awarded with medal "300 Years of St.Petersburg", 2003, Badges of Honor: "Quality Excellence" and "For Merits in Quality".
Since May 2008 he has been Quality Director of Bourevestnik, Inc.
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Roman V. KALUTSKIY
Born on December 1, 1975, in Chelyabinsk.
He has two high educations. In 1998 he graduated from the Ivanovo State University on specialty "Information Systems in Economics", qualification: Engineer-Economist; in 2001 he graduated from the North-West State Service Academy on specialty "Law", qualification: Lawyer.
From June 1998 he worked as Specialist, Category I, them as Leading Specialist, for Board of Economics and Forecasting with the Administration of the Ivanovo Region.
From February 2002 till present he has been working for Bourevestnik, Inc. on various positions, from Engineer-Economist Category I to Chief Accountant.
Since May 1, 2007 he has been Chief Accountant of Bourevestnik, Inc.
