Specialized WD XRF – analyzer ARF -7

   This specialized Wave-Dispersion XRF spectrometer is designed for express determination of chemical elements from Co (Z=27) to U (Z=92) in different geological materials, rocks and many other. WD XRF ARF - 7 is a successor of famous ARF-4M and ARF-6 machines, many of them still working through tens of years.

   ARF-7 is the only analyzer which has roentgen-optical scheme by Cauchois. This scheme is the best to determine Uranium and Thorium group of elements.
